It was cut from Dr.Bombay - SOS, and I am not sure where the weenie man clip came from; found it floating on the internet.
I am not sure who the dude that looks like a chick is. I made that short a LONG time ago for an inside joke on the CC bbs. I dident really expect anyone here to understand it, just had a little more room for content so I figured why not.
