To wake you up: We are actually living in the year 2006. From the year 2001 or even earlier flashes by the "scenario" (but it's just a scheme) have been around on the sites like Newgrounds and VGDC with the same, stereotypic, boaring sh*t-worth black humour... Sexual content, farting, burping, too-much blood spilling, ect.
There is a possability not to use those to make flash content funny or use them with imagination, overthinking it ANYHOW.
What you showed by this flash is just a typical example of childlish grotesque... Some authors can make it funny, but unlike you they use irony, not just simple childlish agression-inspired humour.
