Good job. The animation was beautiful and I loved the ending, I thought it was hilarious. It was a bit too short though, I wanted to see the next level lol.

I've been waiting for someone...
...to make a NEW Super Mario Bros. flash, and if I may say so, you did a smashing job, old chap. ^_^ Nice to see you keeping up with the times and not making another 8/16-bit sprite flash, as there are way too many already. I liked the amination of the characters. Very smooth. The funniest bit was that Koopa's face when Mario farted. Great job. Keep on flashing! =P

I like how you are using the sprites from NSMB, its only a matter of time before others follow. Best part of the movie would have to be when Mario Farted, and it shows a close up on the Koopa Troopa's face, I will always enjoy your toilet humor.
