Reviews for "Altered Reality"

Prettycool

This was a great idea and pretty well done except it was a little to long and each robot chased a person and then they hid behind a wall which was a little repeditive. overall good flash.

wtf?

um, great graphics and everything, but the music was quite annoying, sounded very repetitive. i didnt understand the story outline, i just saw a bunch of people running awar from mindless killing machines.

oh well, i guess this collab wasnt the greatest one. nice graphics tho!

Outstanding view

I found the sound a bit monotimous, it would of been sweet if it would of been a timed sound sequence. Other then that it was great! Notice to the future.....Do not give toasters lasers.

well.... it had robots... i'll give it that...

well if u seen one part of this u seen all of it. the varity of grahphic styles is good but i dunno... i just got bored of it fast... it's like someone telling u a story then telling it too you again in a diffrent voice or tone... it doesn't make that much of a diffrence...

I have to disagree with...apparently everyone.

I've read quite a bit of the previous reviews before watching this movie. I knew before hand that this was a collab, and as it is true with all collabs, some artists are better than others, and on the whole, the entire movie would not have a strict point with no coherency between different artists' movies. In reality, I usually hate themed collabs with the exception of "The Doom Project."

With that in mind, I watched the movie beginning to end. Here are my thoughts: The graphics were never spectacular. Even the best animators were lacking. From what I could tell, every movie consisted of cliched designed automatos of doom chasing hapless civilians. I was able to stomach the first one or two chase scenes, but after seeing an entire movie full of retarded robots chasing people and not one of them being killed, I was tempted to just keep watching and hoping to see at least one good clip. It's too bad that clip never came. After watching this movie, I came to the conclusions that first, never give robots weapons, and second, never make a movie much less a collab about robots with weapons.
