I enjoyed the noir-ish style but the ending was kinda weak. It could just be me but the sad ending was a little easily anticipated. Especially after that joke with the kid and his parents. That had me laughing, but then you had to bring me back down the that ending. I was rooting for the guy but still tragedy found him. Oh well, is this supposed to be one of the representations of life where it isnt always fair? Whatever, Happy-ending next time!

it was the classic tail of a guy with crappy job meets girl who also has a crappy job. guy works for crazy mom thingy as sex slave/pool boy dad finds out. brief romance ends as women leaves man penniless. it was great except for the fact that there was no sound. sure sound but no talking nothing to keep me interested. plus that story has been used countless times over. weak man ur story should be as interesting as ur style. loved it. the way everything was. just make ur story just like that and ull be great. anyway dont give up. next one maybe add som dialogue

This is the first flash i have review on newgrounds, I decided to review this one because I really liked the art stlye and some of the more comedic scenes like the mom smoking while watching the clown fail and the kid standing in the doorway looking at his mom and dad. Anyway keep up the good work.

This was really great. Tragic and entertaining. Really good story backed up with a good style and good use of B&W with touched of red. One of the best I've seen in a long time!
