A good start but...
it's a bit glitchy. i stoped playing when i couldn't equip an iron hammer even though i had a reflex of 14. also the music didn't seem to work all the time since half my fights were silent save fo the attack sounds. other than that i couldn't find anything messed up.
I do have some suggestions though. it takes too long to lvl, espcialy with the extra char in your party, so it'd be less minotinus if you lowered the exp needed or uped the awarded exp in battles (at least for the begining of the game). it'd also be kinda neat if you put more distiction between the chars, perhaps a skill system with buffs, special attacks, and other abilities of that sort that would coast various amounts of ep, or maby even a diffrent energy bar altogether. this way each carachter would have an assighened role in combat. it's just an idea to make combat alittle more enjoyable and less repetitive. also, you probably get this all the time, but it'd be nice to have all keyboard contols.
all in all i do have to say it's a huge improvement over the first one in just about every way. the graphics are sooo much smother, and have that old school rpg feel to it. not the best graphics i've seen in flash, but definatly one of my favorites. the combat, though still in need of further work, is much better than the first one with the addition of multiple characters and enemies, and better animation. I cant wait to see the finished product, so i'll check for updates every so often. i'll probably start a new game soon just to see if the hammer glitch was only on my game, since i wasn't very far in anyway. keep up the good work.
