I like your style
I like how you visualize the effect. Minimalist but looks good.
The game control is very good and I think it's a good decision to use mouse rather than arrow keys. I am using Wacom tablet all the time and the ship flows smoothly.

Pretty dang good.
The first time I played, I was tempted to bunch it in with all of the other Geometry Wars or Asteroids clones that have started showing up, but after playing it more and more, you can definitely not tell that it is a clone; or anything close for that matter. Incredibly addictive.
GFX: Very retro, but the background is screaming "DO SOMETHING WITH ME!"
Style: Definitely has its own sense. Simple yet beautiful.
Sound: The looping bg music gets to you if you play for too long, but otherwise, it's all good.
Violence: Classic game violence; good stuff.
Interactivity: The controls are a bit hard to get used to, but they're ideal for the game.
Humor: Reviews of the game. :D
Overall: Well presented and very playable, but if you do another version of Neon, make the music less repetitive and something with the background.

It's just simple fun.
Now I'm sort of new to this site, but this is still my favorite game.
It's just simple and the controls work well and aren't clunky.
