Pretty cool
Gets a bit boring, but nontheless a pretty awesome game, the graphics were good, the sounds were good (I like the little tones when you shoot).

After reading the comments I did feel it was similar to Asteroids but that was purely because of the Winder[] enemies.
When it comes to the introduction of other enemies it is far beyond Asteroids and there isn't even a glimpse of the similarities.
I must say I loved this game, I cannot believe I never found it sooner!
One minor thing is the mines. I did have trouble at first with getting mixed up between the lasers and the mines but once I got used to the game this was no longer a problem.

Also, make the mine a different button. I would try to shoot an oncoming enemy and lay a mine instead.
