Wow, this game...I--I love it!
It's a challange, but not so much that I blame the game when I die, but my self(Often for blowing myself up!).
Graphics & Style: Sprites...Normally I find them dull, very dull, but you got good enough sprites for it to feel...to feel like they were made for THIS game, NOT for Metal Slug or what-ever you said you got them from. The changing backgrounds where also a nice touch, keeps the game from getting to repetative.
Sound: "Boooh - Brains!" *Gunfire!**Groan and a something landing in the dirt* - a zombie theme game doesn't need much more. I like the music at the begining, fitted the whole "Special SWAT Mission" - feeling.
Violence: Pretty clear - blood n' gore, in true zombiesque style!
Interactivity: Three different weapons - and upgradable! Very nice, though if you could find a "bigger n' better" gun to replace your old would be a nice touch. For example Handgun->Shotgun, with the shotgun having greater "knockback" effect than the Handgun, and after that maybe a AK47 or MP5 with much faster firing rate - though I guess that'd be too much programing and stuff, aswell hard on sprites as they generally just come with one weapon as default. Also if you could move in/out of the for/background to avoid the swarms would help.
Humor: Gets a 9 for that "Braaaaains! groan - I recall that sound from Neverwinter Nights, which brings back memories =)
I'll give it a 9 out of 10, only because there is no version to download to your computer! That'd be great!
Fucking addictive
Hmm, good game. Not to complex, not to simple; I truthfully wish you could gain like, powers or something besides upgrades, but that isn't bad at all if you can't. Make more games, maybe add a tid bit more variety in stuff- thats the only thing I think this can be improved on, and most flash games don't have much variety in stuff. Good game, nonetheless.
Very good but not perfect
This is an exelent flash. i loved how such simple gameplay made such a good game. But i think that we should get more weapons and upgrades cause at about level 35 it was getting repetative. the knife was also underpowered to the point of useless. you could add lik throwing knifes or special situations where the knife is useful. i look forard to a sequal keep it up =)
