The game is GREAT, but...
Im a HUGE metal slug fan, so I like almost every game submitted to newgrounds (is it 'legal' to say newgrounds') anyway this was a GREAT game like I said at the start.
PLUSES
+The character, I love the way you choose your character because it could get boring when you see Marco or the other main characters in the games(not that Id hate them).
+The expensive upgrades, they gave much more hardness to the game and more intrest, cause a game where you could get all the upgrades in 10 rounds would have no replay value
+/- The hardness of the game, some times its good the play a challencive game but at the later levels I gets impossible to move without getting a hit.
+/- The mines, I used them VERY rarely but they are still usefull at some parts of the game, like when zombies surround you, then you think AHA I will use a mine to kill them all, but then you die, so Ive found a very good glitch in the game how to use mines without dying. First zombies surround you, then right on the same second when you get hitted throw a mine and it will kill everybody near you, but not you because your immortal when the explosion happens, you see every time you get hitted youre immortal for a sec or two.
MINUSES
- I think this was a rip from zombie survival.
-Some bosses could have been in the game.

I am a metal slug fan and also a resident evil fan and add the two together makes this is a really great game well done.

great game loved it all the way, it is so fun at the last lvl! lol
for anyone that didnt get it....the cheat is "stagger" wich gives you all ups
and more speed! lol if you want to have fun make a huge line of mines lol very fun!
