Very nice. Smooth animation, nice lip-syncing to the music, and it uses one of my favorite songs. And that's a plus there. And it still pulls of that humor from the original song.

Fix the lipsyncing at the begining, make Kyle move his body more when he is playing guitar (it would not hurt to find a friend that can play this song and watch his fingers). Kyle is playing a distorted electric guitar at the end, I would make him change guitars (but that is just me). I like the demon and how he was drawn. I like Jack's freak out.
Very creative, I would change a few things (which I mentioned above) , things I would add, things I would take away (change kyles movements, that is something you must do. He is rocking his balls off, show that), but this is your baby, raise it how you wish.
I like this video, make one for the best song in the world and I will give you a ten ;).
