tragic
A tragedy indeed. Maybe im the only one having difficulty accepting mario as an epic fantasy. Im still trying to shake off the daze i fell into. Sorry man, i really do appreciate the effort you put into this, but a melodramatic 8 bit mario just leaves me lost.
could have been better
the ending suck becuse he wasn't alone what sbuot the prfosser and yoshis in rise of mushroom kindom there was a happy ending but this wasn't good sorry.

not my thing, without the noise it'd be unwathable, ha ha cabbages - there was a tribe of mushroom people lolo lolo brethren. drags too much it made my mind mush. mario is too up his own ass - trying to be heroic, im so glad he failed and everyone died and he killed himself

Lacking any originality...why this ending?
It took you a significant amount of time for you to release and what for? Just kill everyone off and "game over?". That's not a very impressive storyline to say the least. Your previous installments conveyed there was something there storywise beyond the surface.
I really think you should take your own advice and create your own characters from scratch.
