yes, It is 3d, but it is not good
I am 3d artist, and I can say, this was really silly, allmost no modeling no animation, no story, no fight
this, I can make in 30 mins, and in higher quality

Right... ive come to a high expectation of madness flashes.. Action.. none, too slow (its not my pc). No blood (i read your excuse for this,) Then he kind of slowly walks up to the zombie (the zombies dont react at all, then lifts his head off and throws it at jebus (dosent look good at all), Graphics could have been better... Really though i think of you keep working on 3D madness, It could be done good.
(Even though when i first saw the title Madness 3D i was thinking, WTF you cant have madness in 3D!)
But work on it and it could be done good. The only bit i liked was Jebus' swordmanship.

Sure, it may be hard to do 3D animation, but please take your time making it, compared to other parodies, this, frankly, sucks
