Constructive Review - I hope you read it
All right - I'll list everything I thought about it below. First, I'll say I gave it a 4/5 since this is only an experiment. I'll save the 5 for the real thing.
Graphics - all right, so I know that you'll patch it up in the real series, so I won't pester you too much about it. Since every scene was quick and fast paced, it seemed overall incredible, but if you slow down and watch, some of the drawings seem "sketchy" if you know what I mean.
Framing - All right, I think this is the BEST part of the movie. The sequence and movements were INCREDIBLY smooth, and that impressed me the most. It wasn't rough or "twingly", and the movement of the characters were nicely done, especially the moves.
Story - I know that you'll develop the story further afterwards, but from what I've seen so far, you might have to take the story a bit more in-depth, since I digest stories like this everyday. The storyline isn't anything new, since I've seen lots of stuff like this on anime TV shows or flash stuff, but if you were to make something "unique", I'd be more amazed.
Music - All right, the music wasn't THAT bad, but it wasn't exactly the best thing in the world, and sounds as if it were ripped off a video game. That's the only bad part, and if you made it yourself, then it's pretty good.
Characters - I'd like to say that I HATE movies or stories that make the protagonists - the good guys - overly dominant. For instance, like the Redwall series by Brian Jacques. I mean, if mice and small animals would whoop the asses of bigger animals like weasels and stoats in every fucking story, I'd puke every last organ out of my body. So, strike a balance, and from what I've seen, antagonists and good guys seem equally matched. As for the drawings of the characters, you make the facial expressions really well, and each character unique, but much too confusing. I'm already confused about who's who. Every personality is too "alike" so far, but I think you will expand on that, right?
Suspense - VERY suspenseful, fast paced, and aroused my curiousity. I'm pretty much interested in what you have to offer next in your real series.
Violence - Mild violence? Oh come on... there's no bloodshed. No blood = no violence. Puh - lease.
Humor - it didn't make me laugh much, except when I saw a couple of stupidly funny scenes. I gave it a 2 for trying. It's better than a 0, trust me.
