Reviews for "XIN Session 18 (Finale)"

Buh...

As usual I'm not at all impressed... The story is boring, your attempts at comedy while sometimes funny are usually bad and the whole you try to hard to be anime thing comes into view. What is with all of you and why don't you try to find your own style? Not to mention the art is rarely well done. You've got a bit of talent... You should use it on something origional and not another rip off story line anime thing. Sorry... Just seems like the people who rate it well are total otakus...

I applaude your effort, but....

This series had a few things going for it: The story, and the length of the episodes. I felt like I was watching a full-on anime show!, BUT, It felt like I was watching a HORRIBLE show. The voice acting....Oh god...One of the girls was good. One of the guys was good. The rest sounded so "wrong?" A few of the male characters would skip syllables and slur their words. What makes that person think he/she can voice act? The guy that played a few of the characters....Well, he was TRYING SO HARD to sound like Trunks' voice actor from the English version of Dragonball Z. The guys in this flash were screaming too loud, or making their voice overdramatic. Such a HORRIBLE job. Have a few voice acting interviews. Heck, I could do voices better than all the characters in the show, except the female with brown hair. I forget her name at the moment, but her voice is superb! Good job recruiting that one. Another thing is the art. The art. Art is what makes good flash good flash. You guys often shaded incorrectly, had characters in super-awkward positions, and the mouths were all filled with white. I know, it would actually take TIME to make something with correct lighting and detailed mouths! The time you spend on each fram makes it that much better to the viewer. What I see is a good story ruined by a horrible flash production. If you have any questions about my critique, feel free to PM me. I could elaborate more on it. :D

Why did this get such a high score?

I did like the story line and what not... but there is one thing that i think could be a whole lot better: The artwork. This story has some great potential if the animation was better. I like where it went (the series is apparantly over) but it could have been so much better.

hmmm.

I feel sorta bad giving this such a low score cos I loved your No Exit game, that was awesome.

Whilst a 30 minute flash movie is quite a feat, there isn't really anything here that makes it worth 30 minutes. Seriously, most of the plot and action could have been resolved in 6 minutes, with much better animation.

Characters were as cliche as they come. you've got your cool dude, your outcast, your martial arts expert etc - and most of the drawings were really sloppy (no eyes?). It's like you put quantity over quality - unless you're writing for TV or whatever, you should'nt aim for such a huge runtime if you're not going to fill it with anything decent.

The plot was somewhat engaging though, and the fight against Evil Principle Skinner was pretty cool and at least showed some effort. Overall though, it's a sloppy, lengthly bundle of anime cliches that would easily benefit from being shorter.

sorry if this sounded harsh guys, just my opinion haha.

lame this was a waste
