The Xin Series has been possibly one of the best series I had the pleasure of watching on Newgrounds. From the first episode, the series progressed and the story became more complex grabbing the viewers interests and making them want to watch more. And this finale was a worthy ending to such a series.
However, the Xin Series is obviously not a perfect flash animation. It has its flaws here and there. The story, though well told, was somewhat overly dramatized and the voice acting added to its emphasis. Also, the thing that has gotten the most criticism in this series, the graphics was also barely adequate. I won't go into detail but we can all agree that there are much better animations in terms of graphics out there.
However what makes the Xin Series stand out from all the rest is the outstanding way it portrays the characters and their motives and conflicts. Yes each character has a unique personality of their own but it is much more than that. They each have their own purposes and motives for the actions they do. Xin, initially seen as a "peacemaker" who destroys each social hierarchy in each school in order to bring order, actually had an alterior and more complex motive to bring down the whole system of corporal punishment in schools. Ghai who seemed as the main antagonist in the beginning episodes had in fact the same motives as Xin. It is the small details put into these characters that make them so memorable. And it is these characters that make the series great.

One hell of an end
i caught on to the series when episode 17 came out and watched everything out so far that night, so finding the last episode was quite the pleasant suprise. i'd have to say that out of everything i've seen in flash this hase by far the most interesting plot. i know this meant to be the last in the series and it'd be kinda hard to make a sequal since it alredy has a happy ending, but if you ever get some insperation roll with it, cause i'm fairly sure a bad idea can't come out of either of your heads. keep up the good work.
