Needs to be in Flash Portal History 2006

The art is pretty sloppy, especially in earlier episodes. Recycled drawings, cheap lip syncing (not as bad in this episode), looping bits of fight scenes, still frame character scrolling on coloured line backgrounds...

However, the story and characters were pretty interesting. The art and animation weren't top notch, but they told the story well. I dunno, there isn't much specific positive stuff to say... It was just awesome overall. The fight scenes, too.
Legend was really cool.

Always a favorite.

I've seen this series years ago but I can't help but come back to rewatch it. Of course, the animation isn't impeccable and whatnot, but the storyline and characters are nothing short of amazing.

The Most Unique Aspect

This is excellent. If I were a TV producer, I would be asking about turning this into a real series.

Anyways, one of the most unique aspects of the series is that it explores the motivations of the characters.

At the beginning, Andre is just violent, Ghai looks like a villain who wants nothing more than to destroy the school, Xin looks like a vigilante, leaving Legend as the only credible hero.

But later, it is revealed Andre is a victim of circumstance, Ghai wants to improve the school system by bringing its flaws to light, Xin too.

Also, who do you think would have won in a fight at the end, Xin, Legend, or
Ghai?
