Reviews for "the YuYu"

Wow

Wow... one word desribes everything about this flash... no need for my regular long reviews. Watch it everyone.. 10/10 5/5!

My favorite flash ever

Mr. Phillips, you've really outdone yourself. The thing is a work of art. The frame by frame is the best I've ever seen, and at 30 FPS, it was mind boggling. The music by Spider Stacy and James Walbourne was great, and as in all Brackenwood cartoons, the scenery was wonderful. Hope to see Waterlollies, and your book with Sham Bhengal very soon.

Breathtaking

I had already viewed this movie many times through your website before it was released here, and I am no less impressed now than the first time I saw it. Everything is flawless. How on earth you managed to make this frame-by-frame without cracking, I'll never know. The animation is so fluid and well-timed with the music. The movement of Bitey and his hair is also amazing and realistic, and I enjoyed how the smoke was rising from him at the end. Every time I watch this movie, I get temporarily taken to a different world. I highly anticipate your next submission!
(Have fun in France!)

Awesome work man

I look foward to seeing more work from you and your design team. This was awesome, It acctually looks professional like something on TV. Your gonna go far with your work man just never look back and always look for what you can or want to better yourself on.

My introduction to the work of Mr. Phillips

This was the first Adam Phillips toon that I watched on Newgrounds (quite a while ago now). It knocked my socks off then, and it still does now. I think this probably has one of the highest shot counts of any toon on this site, and it's executed beautifully with the music. However, I recommend watching Mr. Phillips' other Brackenwood pieces first, especially Littlefoot (which comes before this this toon), otherwise you may have a hard time figuring out what's going on.
