Beutiful, but thats it
Wow. You really make beutiful animations. But thats it. I miss something else. A plot, some dialouge, anything. All we see is this freaky cow-thingy dancing around escaping from a wierd cloud.
When we hit this level of competence, I feel I can ask you: Is there any deeper meaning?

However, my personal opinion is that this could be drawn out into an actual detailed story, not base elements of story with heavy detailed graphics.
I'm not sure, but it just seems you are making these flashes purely to show off your ability to make awesome graphics. You do make awesome graphics, but you've already proved this through your other flash animations. The only story you kind of adopt is always slightly mediocre arty representations so I'm left there thinking "I'm guessing the black cloud represents....well it's an alien world it's hard to relate it to much". It's a shame really that you make such awesome flash, but add no dialogue or story apart from basic representations. You've obviously gone as far to think up Bitey, the YuYu ect. but you don't really devolp any kind of story.
But whatever, I doubt you'll get to read this anyways lol
Heya, thanks for the review.. the reason I have very little story in these despite having developed the whole world of Brackenwood, is simply because I don't want to give too much away.
Brackenwood has a history which I hope to tell in the form of a feature film. Sure, I could thoroughly explain everything about Brackenwood, Bitey, the Auld Sage, Lemonee Wee, Bingbong and the YuYu.. but that would spoil the twists and surprises I have in store for the feature.
The idea of these web episodes is a) to introduce the characters and the world, and b) to gather fans and followers of Brackenwood to help gain some momentum and a valid argument for creating a feature film.
Thanks for your thoughts, and I do read as many reviews as possible.. if I have the time I like to respond to those that grab my attention :D
