nice touch
at the very end he is steaming a little bit, which is awesome cause I mean if you really were to run for a long time in the cold of night then you just stopped you would actually steam a bit. Just thought that was really cool that you would put in such a small detail.
Brain Damage?
The art in these animations is totally amazing, each frame would fit in the art portal.
Good choice of music, though in the description, you kinda said that the music chose the concept for you :P

If his people died out, then how? Did they die from some kind of disease? Because if something killed them all off that wasn't some kind of epidemic then I can't ever know what it was, I mean, look at how fucking fast he run/hops! He was crossing massive prairies in less than thirty seconds! If he is from a species that did THAT without breaking a sweat, then I'd like to know how they died.
