i beat it it was easy here is a easy way to win
1. ride up along side wallks u will be able to get through the wall sooner or later and u can get past fire with out fire exstinguisher
2.if u run past a person then whont turn around and shoot u
3.if u get fire exstinguisher and die just go to fire and press 1 and the fire is out
