Pico....
I asked ky friend about Pico one day, and he said, "Dude, he's like the freakin' newgrounds mascot!" This game was good for its time, it was kinda short though. Tom Fulp was on the right track when he made this. I'm not going to criticize the animation cuz I know that this submission is old.
