Enter, Pico...
This game is decently good, overall playable. As the very first game to bring Pico into the eys of NG, It's a well-made piece of flash for it's time. The bosses are not too hard, not too easy. And the secrets and suprises in this game are quite numerous. The game has it's gory, cartoon barbarism, and the animations are a tad clunky, but all things considered, this is an impressive game considering it's made on Flash 3.

and speaking of secrets and suprises:
overkill- after beating the first boss, keep blasting through the blockade of chairs afterwards until the guy is just another blood splatter.
Brutal- when you go across east a bit, you'll run into another of cassandra's pals, and he's all too glad to greet you with a gun aimed at your face. Instead of stating last words, use your gun to disarm him. He'll plead his case, but don't feel pitiful for him. shoot him dead with your gun. Then, shoot him AGAIN after you've killed him for the "Brutal" achievement.
Scat Man- when you enter the boy's bathroom, open one of the stalls to the unfortunate words of a bad-mouther using the crapper. you can shoot him if you want, but not yet. First, keep clicking the button that progresses the diolougue, and he'll occasionally throw crap at you. keep doing this until the floor is littered in crap and a textbox states "you must really like crap". After that, shoot him if you want!
Tap that- this next one can be done either in the place you got the "Scat Man" achievement, or the girls bathroom where you find the next boss. over at the sink, click on the faucets to run the water. Do this for both the sinks, and the achievement should pop up.
Bruckheimer- This next one is tricky. When you come to the room with Cassandra and her cronies, You'll notice a tank with the word "Flammable" on it. When gothy says her piece, kills the deadweights, and transforms into her giant, junk-shlanging form, try to shoot the "Flammable" tank. This will prove tricky, since you'll have to fend off casandra while doing so. But after a few good shots, the tanker explodes, destroying the wall and revealing the cop cars outside. You'll already have the achievement, but if you can juggle fighting the boss at the same time, or if you just feel suicidal, You can try to kill the cops and even destroy their cars for the fun of it!
