Nice game. It's cool to see how far Pico has gone. Decent game, but a little too oldschool. Still, classic game every Newgrounder should play!

I loved this game as I played it 10 years ago for the first time and it hasn't changed, even if it's getting a little old. And man, you are right, the boss battles are MUCH harder than they were years ago. Should I thank or damn the computer evolution because of this? Hmmmm....I think i think (pure intention) the greater challenge results in getting you emotionally more involved...like in terms of "damn, you shit barrel load of rotting mouth-fart, shitty fuck...now die you bitch...so you won't die? you will die, damn hanzou..........fuck...." It's much funnier than before, for sure! ;)
Medal review: Little late to the review party on this game but I think this is a good list overall except for the fact that most of the medals are secret. I hate secret medals more than anything and while most aren't hard to get they still remain hidden and that bugs me. Good list otherwise.

Sorry for all the secret medals - they relate to easter eggs in the game so I couldn't get too descriptive or else it would give them away. Maybe I could re-approach them more creatively though.
