this is what pure legends of the internet are made of, when i think of the net this game comes to mind. and will forever. live forever newgrounds and pico, if you were lost a part of the net would be and a part of my memory too.

It's Pico; it's THE cornerstone of Newgrounds. Realistically it's more of a 3-star rank, but given how this was what everything from Newgrounds stands for, it has to be a 5.
Also, BRING BACK THE PICO RATING SYSTEM!
