I Love it!
The first time I played this was 2006 and I was still younger so I thought it was a bit extreme, but yet addicting! Then I finally played through it to the end, not being disgusted by gore anymore and now I got myself all the medals!

~Save The Day - Beat the Final Boss
~Brutal - Shoot the goth with the Nazi boots
~Marc Summers - Flush the urinal in the men's room a few times by clicking the flush
knob that is used to flush urinals in real life.
~Overkill - Shoot the chairs after defeating Alucard the telekinetic magic goth which when cleared away should reveal Alucard, shoot him and receive the Medal.
~Scat Man - Go to the men's room and open the door to the first stall, talk to the person inside over and over and have them throw the maximum amount of poo at you as possible to receive the medal.
~Tap That - Turn on the taps inside the men's room by clicking the knobs just like in real life.
~Bruckheimer - Shoot the "Flammable" tank in the final boss fight until explodes to receive this medal.
