I got the Scat Man and the Brutal medals, but I didn't manage to defeat the dick-revealing goth boss. ;3;
Rest were easier, but still lots of fun.
To get Brutal & Scat Man:
Brutal - After killing your first goth (the pink mohawk one), you keep attacking him with the gun until you get the medal.
Scat Man - In the boys restrooms, one of the toilets are used. Open it up and start the conversation. Repeat until you get the medal & at least four craps on the floor.
