To defeat Hanzo, you just gotta click on him a lot as his red streak moves across the screen. To get the key, use Hanzo's night vision in the classroom you star the game in. To get that achievement, blow up the giant fuel tank in the background during the final boss fight.
I still can't get past Hanzou with my trap pad mouse, but I'm glad you had RealFaction redo the soundtrack. It's been a much improved revisit. :)
It'll be upsetting to not play this game without the iconic classic music anymore, but it's still pretty great.
