It's obvious that you put a lot of time and effort into making this and it shows, but I don't think it is worthy of beating out little foot for the number one spot.

there is not originality here,
this just a case of, oh sonic is cool and dragon ball Z is annoying (cool) what if i combine the two to make a horible cartoon that has no real plot line to it and has taken the inteligence of a piss head after 13 pints of stella and a packet of pork scratchings to design.

you obviously have talent for drawing things (imitating drawings that already exist)
try to develope your own style, i suggest sitting in a barn on a mountain for a year with no media influences, then after that make another cartoon, as for this, i wouldn't waste any more then 1000 hours on it!!
