This felt like Worms...only not quite done.
There were a few problems still. Only two weapons kept it simple and all, but it also didn't hold your attention once you got good at the grenades; you could just bomb people off the edges within a couple turns. The rifle felt nice and natural, and I fell right into my position as a sniper >:D
Second, grats on your first complex AI! It could still use a lotta work >_< The AI's liked to do a few stupid things that could be patched up.
1) They liked to randomly pull out the gun and fire 45 degrees straight down, even if I was someplace above them. I had to scratch my head a few times as they shot blank floor.
2) They liked to just move directly underneath me and pass their turn when I had higher ground - expecially in the last level - rather than find a way to shoot me off from below. And then about four of them cornered themselves in that pit in mission 10 and only one even tried to escape, the rest just kinda milled around, passing their turn while I hucked grenades down there. If you could find a way to make them a little more aggressive that would be sweet.
3) When they missed, they missed exactly the same way every time and never tried a different shot. King of the Hill missions you could just stand on the other side of the hill, and they would clamber up halfway, and promptly blast themselves back down with rebounding grenades.
And speaking of that last one, bug report: when bad guys suicide with grenades, their corpses don't disappear. They don't disappear from future missions either :P I had two corpses from Mission 8 hovering in midair all through Missions 9 and 10.
Good job though. The game as a whole felt more like an unfinished jumpoff point than a full game in itself, but I hope to see you build on it. Maybe...Territory War 2? Hell, I'd play it ;)
