OH SH!T!!
OK, that was incredible! The ending was just EPIC! I thought it was just going to be a Flash version of the childhood story, but it was much more! The visuals were amazing, the end's music choice was perfect, and there it was just brilliantly told!

Dark, just like you said...
The visuals are also as beautiful as you described them as well. The narration was nice but not "WOW!" but then, can't expect holloywood quality narration after all. It's a nice dark twist on an age-old tale that is definitely not for little children. I like that the wolf actually ate Red and that the hunter didn't make it in time, I've always felt that the story shoudl be darker than it is, and you, good sir, have definitely made it darker and more malicious. Hands-down, the best part is when the girl starts to realize the wolf is disguised as her mother and the SAW theme starts playing, that music went well with the scene. The original moral of the story still manages to saty intact as well. All-in-all a very excellent piece.

It really does have good visuals, and very good voice acting. It's storyline is awesome too.
Brilliant
The way the menu screen slowly eases in and becomes part of the story itself gives the viewer a feeling of being drawn in and being unable to leave until he's seen the tale to the finish. very chilling. My single plight is the wolf jumping into the shot. The sudden surprise is a cheap way of scaring the viewer momentarily, while the rest of the story chills the viewer in a way all but garunteed to stay with them for some time.
