Play the game first
First time I watched this it was funny but I couldn't appreciate the jokes. Now that I've actually PLAYED Metal Gear Solid all of this is hysterical. In fact, when I was playing the game I couldn't keep thinking of this movie.

i laughed so hard and i still laugh...
first time i watched this i was with some buddies, darpa chief scene almost killed us due to lack of oxygene after a 15 min non stop laughter

i really liked the part when he saw snakes foot prints and when colonel thinks hes dead. heck the whole thing is halarious.
