This is some funny shit. I'm sure you have a lot of fanboys now that will 5 your submission every day. I know I'm one of them. The graphics were shitty, but you make up for that with the great voice acting and humor. The funniest movie I've seen before this is MGS3: Crab Battle. This is right on par with that in terms of humor. I really loved this flash.

this has to be....the best humour-based movie that has ever graces onto the portal of newgrounds. Its...its just the best!
Graphics: They're not top-notch, per se. BUT - expressions, body language etc makes the basic drawings really funny to watch. I still laugh at the really angry faces Snake pulls off just before it switched to a codec conversation! 8.
Style: God and creater of Nutshell. That sums it up COMPLETELY. I've always loved 'in a nutshell' parodies but some of the others...are kinda lame, how they just think speaking really fast gets good scores. But what they fail to nail - which you have done - is that really funny jokes are needed too! 10!!
Sound: Knowing you, the ever-talented Raptor, you did all the voices except Meryl and the other guy (duh :P) which makes it even funnier to think that you can do all these voices. There were times where the voices blended with your other work - i kinda half-expected the DARPA chief to go "Damn! Metal arm! Corn rows! B*tch!" But it was great nonetheless! 10!!
Violence: Not the main aspect of the movie, but plenty of guard killing, hostage slaughtering and, uh, dog drowing. Nice, comedy violence that make it all the funnier! 9!
Interactivity: Power to the play and replay! 1
Humour: I've watched this about 10 times and me and my friend throw lines from this at each other randomly at school. And you know what? Everytime i watch this, i will laugh. Its just...reuseable humour that will take a looooong time to die! This is Egoraptor at his finest! 10!!
Overall, a 10. What can i say? Fantastic movie fllled with gags, speed and really really funny expessions, add in some comedy-gold speech, story, unexpected ending and whazzam :D

A common thing seen on newgrounds is that the #1 weekly shoots to the top because it's new, so more people are watching it. It will fall from the top after a few weeks. As for the review, this is a hilarious flash by the vocal genius Egoraptor. Only problem is the mediocre graphics.
