I loved it man! Very creative! Good job, it has some interesting graphics, the guns are drawn very well, the animation is realistic, or if not that, looks good. Overall, I would say these are the only things I could see that need improving:
-Maybe you could draw the backgrounds. They were pixelated and I think ruined the effect a bit.
-Perhaps more than stick dudes? They were cool, but they could be cooler. Pimp them out. =D

I'm playing CS myself, and I have never seen a better music video before! There was one with the radio voices, but that one sucked. Great timing, great sounds, but not that great of art. That's not needed here however, good job!
