it was designed very well...if this is one of your first flash projects then i'd have to say that you would be very smart to continue to build your skill cause this was pretty good...

You could work more on graphics. Anyways, handwriting (not using keyboard in writing) is NEVER good quality on replay buttons, rewind and fast forward buttons, pause buttons and talking. The sound is faultless, and you have the style. Generally, its not bad but could be better. Keep up the good work!
