Oh god get the song out of my head!
Alright....first off, I think I love this band. Secondly, this was a really well styled flash. I can't say much, seeing as how I'm just getting into the program myself, but you seem to have a decent understanding of how to lay these animations out so they flow nice. The only thing I can see that may need a little help is the art, but overall, a pretty good run.

Wow I did not expect that. This was very clever, especially the song. It’s catchy, funny, and fun to listen and watch. I am adding this to my favorites list. Very well done.
I have a suggestion for your next flash
You should make a mortal kombat style ultimate showdown game and just include as many people as you can. You can even have that song playing as background music.

Not a bad flash
It was overall very average in the art and direction department. It seemed like a lot of other things I've seen on this site.
What stood out was the song and a couple drawings and animations.
