2) in the rules page on newgrounds, people below the age of 13 aren't even supposed to be on newgrounds.

Now, onto Violence is dumb. First of all it HAS a freakin rating, look at the top, unless your blind, it clearly read TEEN and explain why. So, I can understand why some parents weren't happy with 10 year olds. Because they aren't TEENS.
