Very slick indeed. I had a sinking feeling I was going to see a ton of slo-mo halfway through (not something that turns out well with sprites) but I wasn't disappointed. Good music too.
Keep up the good work. I've never seen a katana and a sprite of Mario go so well together. :)

That was pretty damn cool, but kinda reminded me to the aniMSN series...
Wow. And I thought the first Power Star was good.
First off, it's nice to know that Luigi isn't such a gigantic pussy at fighting, since it gives Mario an actual adversary, instead of a punching bag that shows up at different intervals.
Second, this movie was A LOT faster than the first Power Star. Whereas the first one had Mario killing a Toad every few seconds, this one had Mario killing a few Toads every second. =P
Finally, it was sorta crap how it ended so suddenly. Personally, I would've just had them knock each other away, land, and THEN "to be concluded."
Very high quality, though. Good stuff.
My favourite!
Out of all the Power Stars, this is my favourite. The music blends well with the scenes (I especially liked the Mortal Kombat-esque music in the final fight), and the action is simply great. No other word for it. :p
An error, which I mentioned in my review of Power Star 4, happened a while ago, but it has been fixed, so I thank you. :p
The only reason it get 9/10 is because I never vote 10/10 on any submission. Hope you understand. :)
The conversion to video seems to have made a whole bunch of sounds desynced—still, what a badass animation from fucking 18 years ago.
