I agree with the last reviewer, this movie has pure class! What's more, there's not too many of these SERIOUS Mario flash movies and while I DO appreciate the the humorous ones, it's nice to see more of these for a change! (Otherwise, it would all get tiresome after awhile) Without a doub, this is another great flash that deserves a place in the Mario category under the Videogames section of NG! The animation was top notch (even smoother and faster than most of these other sprite movies submitted here these days), the action was non-stop, and the music fit in PERFECTLY! This almost resembles to such other works as, Randy Solem's "Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom" trilogy and Phantasmagoria_Crow's, "Mario Bros." series!! Why? Because they are all very similar in style and substance! I enjoyed the ending fight between Mario and Luigi, but it's a shame that the movie ended too soon! Oh well, I guess we'll all have to wait till Part 3! YOU'VE DONE A VERY GOOD JOB!!!! :)

I am a sprite hater. Can't help it. But your movie almost changed my mind!
Brilliant fight scenes, decent graphics (sprites) and very good music.
All in all a very acomplished flash!

Very slick indeed. I had a sinking feeling I was going to see a ton of slo-mo halfway through (not something that turns out well with sprites) but I wasn't disappointed. Good music too.
Keep up the good work. I've never seen a katana and a sprite of Mario go so well together. :)
