I like this one, but I think I like your first one better. Occasionally, I saw slight glitches, like when Mario was fighting through a bunch of toads before he started fighting some toads and yoshis, the castle from the previous scene was still there. And when Luigi and Mario were fighting with swords, one of them was stranded on the top of the screen. :/
It's still really good though. :3 Great job! I especially love how fast paced all the fighting was, not like most other fighting flashes.

I've never liked mario untill now.
OK let me start off with saying that was awesome. The sprites were great and the animation was just sick. This has to be one of my favorite flash cartoons on NG. The Story was in some ways funny, but good none the less. the sound and the music were worthwhile too. all and all this is a great flash so Keep up the good work.

Great job on this, I can honestly say that any sprite animator that watches this will have a new outlook on their animations. You have officially set the standard for sprite animation.
