Great job! Alot of improvement from the first one.
Part of me is hoping that Luigi doesn't turn out evil at the end of this series as a plot twist as the Boo King. Luigi is my hero so that just can't happen!! (or can it?) You get that evil monologging vibe as he said "I was watching..." EVIL is a foot!

I've never seen a flash cartoon look so awesome. Also, I must say I never would've done it, but using Finger Eleven's "Good Times" was a great mood-setter.
The nine in graphics is because, while your variations on the game engines original movements was brilliant, it is still Super Mario 3 graphics, which aren't all that great. I can't imagine being able to do better with them, though.
I must commend you on your creativity during fight scenes. The uses of certain objects (and people) as weapons and the interactivity of the environments was beautiful.
I gave you a five in humor because, while this isn't really a humorous idea in the first place, there were bits of (perhaps unintentional) humor to be found.
