Reviews for "Beginner 3D Tutorial"

Could help the new ones..

Yeah, i think it could help some new ones, but it didn't realy explain what is promissed. Assuming by your title i thought it would be a 3D tutorial, but actualy it was a perspective tutorial, both 2 perspective and 3. A 3D tutorial would ratherly be more of animating in 3D, like a box rotating in 3d, etc. This is more of a perspective tutorial, but is good and i liked it. I think it can deliver more of it's promiss if it's not called Beinnger 3D tutorial, it should be called Perspetive Tutorial. But that's more up to you if you want it to forfill it's prommisse or not.

Good work otherwise.

Well, you cannot make real 3d figures in Flash, this is the closest thing.

Thanks for the tute

There are a few on here on perspective and I think yours is one of the better ones... with one exception: (gotta have something for you to use as constructive criticism) The sound loop was both VERY annoying and did not loop correctly. The NG submission page has a link to optimize your sound. If I remember correctly, you should load a WAV into Flash if your going to use it as a loop, but in your publish settings, have Flash compress it to MP3 instaid of importing an mp3. Try it and maybe update this submission with a less annoying loop and the loop fixed. Wow this is long.... ha

Lol, it's Denvish's movie-clip, and it does loop perfectly and sound perfect on my P.C. Maybe your speakers aren't that good. Btw, press the down button if you dont like the music. You dont have to listen to it, but MANY MANY other people said the music fitted the style of the tutorial perfectly.

That's a pretty good tutorial

but surely that's all just perspective and not about true 3D environment, and yes there is a difference, perspective gives the illusion of things being 3D while true 3D is the ability to phisically go around objects and see them from every angle :P

but I have to admit I did find SOME of it quite informative n_n

IWantSomeCookies responds:

Lol O well, its basically a 3D tutorial, as in Flash there is no real 3d option, this is the closest thing.
