Well, if this wasn't a piece of Newgrounds history, I'd say this StrawberryClock guy needs to go back through the built-in Flash lessons (you know, the ones that come with Flash). It has spawned reference after reference (I've only seen a few).

This is a very impressive peice of flash you have put together, it had all that needed to be said in one short movie, I was inspired by it, impressed, yet full of sorrow for the people who don't see how brilliant your work truely is.. Please, keep it up, or I should be very upset! Peace! :)
