This isn't worth it
I give it a 3 because it started the best Crew on NG, Clock Crew. As legendary and important it is, It does not deserve a 10.
The art is just a letter, there is no sound, nothing interesting in the flash itself. Nothing. There is nothing in this flash interesting. Giving it a 10 is like saying it's as good as works from the likes of Egoraptor or Eddsworld. It's not.
So go ahead, flag this review as useless. I'm just sharing my opinion on what this flash is. Sure, it started the CC, but that's the only good thing. The flash itself is worthless, giving this flash a 3.

Overall Excellent, but I wish the ninjas DIDN'T turn into werewolves. That kinda oversold it. A great flash overall.
