Great movie, I would of loved to see this back in the days when it was SNES vs. Genesis, to see these two mascots battle it out in environments so true to the system is like a dream come true. Fun to watch even if your not a videogame fan, great job.

Let me just take this moment and say that THIS FLASH OWNS in so many ways.
Graphics - Perfect job on ripping the sprites and animations. The custom stuff is done well.
Sound - original game effects and great synch really help :). All the extra music on this one also really helps make this very enjoyable and fun.
Style - definitely high-class, and well done. I wouldn't expect any less.
Humor - how can you not laugh when you see Mario grab his crotch Michael Jackson-style and give someone the finger? The multiple endings are always a plus :)
In short, I say this is a great example, and should be used as an example of good video-game flash.

Not surprisngly,this is a brilliant movie.VGDC's greatest masterpiece.However I do think there should be two warm-up rounds-one which Mario wins and one which Sonic wins,and the final round should be held in a level which is a cross between a Sonic level(like Labyrinth Zone)and a Mario level with loads of pipes.Also I think that one the final round ending which Sonic wins,instead of just getting a mushroom and becoming huge and doing the spin attack on Mario,he should get the feather and become huge and then fly around and get Mario into a corner which he can't escape from,and Mario should think "Oh-a,shit" and shit himself,and then Sonic should do the attack.
Ok,I know you won't take any notice,so i'll wrap it up like this-brilliant.
