Didn't make me laugh out loud, but I like the sporadic nature of your characters...but the whole 'chaaarlie' thing started to annoy me about 12 seconds into the flash. :|

Very funny. I must admit it was a little obvious that things were heading towards a set-up, but that didn't detract from the humour of the whole thing, or the punchline at the end.
