Taking into account what you said, I've made changes that basically fix everything you said (except the buttons messing up, but I've made it so you can input the number manually).

Too easy to crack...

This is what is known as Caesar Cipher. Try something a little more advanced, for the future. For example, try searching for Vigenère Cipher. It is just a little more advanced, would be easy to code based on what you allready have, and requires more than clicking the +/- untill it fits to crack.
