Very nice tutorial.
Short and to the point. Lack of sound makes it less user friendly but at least you didn't give it some obnoxious background music like some tutorial makers do...

you get a 6 out of 10...
because there are much better tutorials on drawing anime than this. This doesn't even look like true anime style. I gave you a 6 for the effort it did take you to compile what information you did, but it is nevertheless woefully inadequate and almost totally useless as a real instructional tool. Kids just go to your nearest Barnes & Noble and buy yourselves a nice Manga drawing book. The artwork is much more interesting and you will likely learn much more. Plus, you can lay a book next to your actual drawing surface to more easily compare your work.
