Because of the easy to navigate interface and obivous talent guiding the tutorial, this is hands down the best anime guide I used/seen. I just crave a little more help in the hair department.

this is the best tutorial i've ever found, it's very instructive and complete...i draw my first face and body ^_^, and the mini tuts are also fine...great work man!!
