Good job man. Pretty much the exact same way I draw anime. You could mention other things like if you want a more narrow face instead of a circle draw an oval, and some other things.

Thanks to you I can finnally draw anime (hinting that I suck at drawing!!!) with this I can finnaly draw some anime meaning that Iam incabeble of drawing anime bodies as of right now but my heads come out perfect!!(in my piont of view!)
